Mom's Brag Post

My Eldest loves politics so when she was given a school assignment which was to include photography and an interview, she contacted a Member of Parliament and made an appointment. I accompanied her there and as we waited she commented that I was more nervous than her.

The interview went really well. I was only present for the photos but his assistant said twice how professional the interview went!

I am proud of this confident young woman.

Thanks Everyone!
My Daughter graduates from High School this Friday. Then she has been accepted to attend the art college here. (Still in the bragging mode, only a little more than a third of applicants get accepted)She wants to be a graphic designer!

You deserve to brag over your daughter's fine accomplishments...and politics too-boot. From what I've noticed, most young people don't get interested in that until later; if at all.
Wishing your daughter, and you and the entire family, a happy graduation day.
Gee, I would love to have a graphic designer close to me ;>O

Yay Carol and your gorgeous daughter. What a proud time in your lives. I remember when my kids walked the stage and got their diplomas. I was in the crowd cheering and crying. Such a proud time! Enjoy. Before you know it they will be married with children. Then look out. One day at a time and one step at a time. My nephew graduates the same time as your daughter. So I will be thinking of you and your daughter when my nephew walks across the stage in all his glory. What an accomplishment, it is for these young people. Enjoy.

Thanks Kathy! Time is almost here! I was showing her my grad pictures tonight. Should I??

Yes, J. Andrew!

Thank you, Wandi, for your wonderful, enthusiastic words of experience. It is an exciting time of possibilities for them.
