Tip on Improving Your Mind

I read an *article that said that doing crosswords four times a week can decrease the chances for getting Alzheimer's almost in half. As a result, I am trying to make it a habit. The people that I know that do crosswords have amazing memory recall.
You wanna try it?

* I am referring to the Canadian magazine Chatelaine, Jan 07 edition.

I believe it too, Carol. My friend Irene is 70-something. She plays scrabble and does crosswords every day and she can remember everything!

I once did a giant Christmas Crossword that was published in the Vancouver Sun. It took up a whole 2-page spread, and the clues and words were all Canadian. They published the answers a week later. I took the darned thing everywhere with me and asked everyone for help. Didn't quite finish it, but I had fun trying!

Thanks for the great list of crossword links! Prevention magazine had something similar, I posted about it here. I came over from Colleen's, following her links, now I have to find my way back, do you see any breadcrumbs around here...
