Friendly Friday

Hi FFMB. I hope you are feeling energetic. We are going on a marathon march to all the featured friendless sites of 2005. Let's see how they are and then we will vote for our favorite site.

Don't worry, you don't have to stop at all these blogs today. March on by during the week and then choose your favorite from among them.
  • Vote up to 3 times.
  • Vote anonymously.
  • Cast your vote before Friday.
  • If you state why you chose that site then that vote will count twice as much!
  • EDIT-To make this a real FFMB award, to vote you should be a member of the band. It is easy to join though. If you want to be a part of this amazing Friends of the Friendless Marching Band, sign up by leaving a comment stating that you want to be join and choose an instrument! Then come visiting the friendless with us on Friendly Fridays.
I want to take this time to thank you band members for bringing your friendliness to the march and throughout the week. The Friends of the Friendless Marching Band deserves an award too so. (See photo) We are the best!

  1. Wow, talk about a marathon this week...my feet feel like I marched in the Rose Bowl Parade!

Can I nominate you for the trophy?

You are the one who gets this rag-tagged band and points them in the right direction!

Thanks Carol....have a happy new Year!

  4. Well I have to say that I have visited most of the sites as instructed - are we supposed to review them? I haven't really got he hang of this yet!

  5. Hi Dave,
You can comment anonymously on my blog, which you might like to do for the vote. It is the democratic way anyways.
Everyone is able to vote for 3 of their favorite featured friendless sites. A review would be ideal for those that you have chosen. Or you can list what you liked about them, as I do.
This is a special end of the year occasion as usually there is no voting. I get to choose ;)

I vote for Barbara and Kathy -- both always have something for me to really think about.

  12. Hi Anonymous,
Kathy and Barbara aren't previous featured sites so as good as they are, they don't qualify. I hope you will vote again.

Great turn out at the polls!

Estranged Love - "I am on the verge of stomping my IPOD"

Edge Gallery - "sacrifice a pillow"

From the Edge to the Centre - "I promised myself I'd have everything figured out by the time I turn 35. While that's not going to happen, obviously, I will accept the things I can."

Come Untogether-She is a blogger who gives seminal glimpses of her creativity through poetry and prose.

Kat's Eye-She is a disciplined writer who by her determination encourages others. Her strength in dealing with her handicapped children also inspires.

Uncensored Soul-She seems to have so much yet she writes of insecurity. This youthful combination interests me. She has a captivating layout as well.

Haunt me: Because it's hauntingly unique and beautifully written.

Come Untogether: Because I couldn't stop reading it, I found it so interesting! The writing was very eclectic and real with such depth of truth about the "gut" of humanity and humankind.

A Dose of Ztessa: Because she expresses herself very well, is an excellent writer and I could just about relate to everything she said, been there done that.

  27. OKAY CAROL IF I CAN'T VOTE FOR YOU OR BARBRA OR ANY OF THE OTHERS THAT DESERVE TROPHIES AND I HAVE TO NARROW IT DOWN IT WOULD BE "EDGE GALLERY" EMILYS SITE. AND THE REASON IS SHE IS VERY GOOD AND RESPONDS TO E-MAILS AND WILLING TO DO COMMISSIONED WORK.. VERY HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE. SO I HOPE THAT COUNTS FOR 2 VOTES FOR HER.. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HONOR OF BEING ABLE TO VOTE FOR THESE GREAT SITES.
