Hi Stephen, "Use it or lose it" the saying goes. I would rather not use it though. My husband and I took a child's CPR course several years ago and it was recommended that you practise. We went through the routine once a week but unfortunately the dedication lasted only about a month.
I took that soooo long ago. I don't think I'd be prepared if it came up now, so I better get cracking.
