Friendly Friday

Hi FFMB.
Every week the sound of our marching band grows more distinctive. The addition of the harmonica and kazoo to the march was ingenious and you gotta love that piano on wheels. I can't help but feel proud of our unique marching band.

Sigh...yes, well, time for today's parade route. Follow me ...
Enjoy the visits and leave friendly comments along the way.

The featured site of the week is from Kim at Kat's Eye. I like her blog because:
  • she is a great writer
  • she continues to hone her craft
  • her strength and patience in dealing with a very hard life right now
  • she hopes that " writers, artists, and others juggling work, family, and life's challenges will pull up a keyboard and chime in, creating a dialogue, and finding and sharing inspiration"
You'll enjoy SoccerChic from Fighting against the Box. She is an Eastern Canadian who is trying to adjust to her move out west.
Dwayne from My Life in Bonanza would like your company, too. He is a friendly fellow who likes to fish and hunt. He likes the Bible, too!

We sure would like new band members. Simply leave a comment, stating which instrument you would like to play and join us each Friendly Friday as we go visiting the friendless.

Banners are available here to promote the Friends of the Friendless Marching Band.
Remember to nominate the great friendless sites you find this week.
Have fun!

Then, come and join us when we go visiting and leaving comments for the friendless on Friendly Fridays.
So what are you waiting for, sign up...

Hi Carol....So yes, I would like to join and I have akready visited all the sites for Today, and left comments on each one...As I said in my earlier comment, I play the Baritone Ukelale....(I also play the Piano and the Violin and Viola), but I think it would be pretty hilarious to have a Baritone Uke in a Marching Band!
What do you think?

Okay Zeb.
Hey FFMB,
We need a play list. It would be nice to see everyone's top 10 list of their favorite marching tunes!

Carol said...

Yeah, Dwayne!

Thanks Barbara for the song. Now how about the rest of you? Zeb, I thought you were making a list?

Hey how about "were Sgt. Peppers lonely hearts club band we hope you will enjoy the show"?! Uh oh, not sure if anyone played piano in that song...:o(..but our outfits would be very bright, silky, psychedelic, (spelling?) and cool..lol. I liked Paul McCarntney's band Wings, so maybe "Band on the Run"?

Hi Carol...It's now Friday, December 16th and there is a very imteresting man named Dave, who lives in the K. He's witty and kooking at his photo in his profile; He is VERY Attractive, plus..he almost never has more than 2 people visiting him, and often none. I left a comment for him tonight on his Thursday post and there were only two comments before me, two UK people who I visit too, but who have many visitors....I don't understand why Dave has not attracted more regulars...he is funny and smart and nice, too! And he desrves a nice readership, you know? At least that's my opinion....Hope I'm leaving this in the right place.
